About Dr. Herrst
Dr. Herrst has a special passion for working with women and their families to help them achieve optimal health. Her practice focuses on women’s health issues, prenatal care, pediatrics and musculoskeletal conditions common to caring for young children. She has specialized training in pregnancy support, post-partum recovery, lactation and diastasis recti treatment. Dr. Herrst also has a background in sports medicine, having served as a staff clinician at Oregon Ballet Theater for many seasons.
Dr. Herrst graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree cum laude from Western States Chiropractic College in 2007 and has a BA in English and Biology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a certified Webster Technique practitioner and is trained in Graston Technique and Holistic Pelvic Care™ pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is a past board member and current active member of the Oregon Chiropractic Association, and is also a member of the American Pregnancy Association and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Dr. Herrst is originally from south central Michigan but has called the Portland area home since 2004. She is a gardener of organic veggies and roses, loves Seattle Mariners baseball and college football, and reads several great books a week. She is a proud mom to two happy kiddos and enjoys being active in the great Northwest outdoors.
