Tera has worked in various facets of health and wellness for many years and is driven by her passion for functional nutrition. Tera has a bachelors degree from Portland State University and is certified in Functional Nutrition Therapy and Phlebotomy. She is a new mom and understands the struggle many busy moms face to put themselves first and make sure they are getting the nutrition they need to stay healthy for their family. She is also an avid foodie and recognizes the importance of taste and variety in one’s diet.
When she isn’t in the office, you can find her trying out new restaurants around Portland or soaking up any sunshine she can get with her son, husband, dog and cats.
