Her service offers resources and guidance with meal planning and grocery lists, as well as accountability to get you through the hard times and keep you moving toward your goals.
Tera has worked in various facets of health and wellness for over 5 years but is driven by her passion for functional nutrition. Tera has a bachelor’s degree from Portland State and is certified in Functional Nutrition Therapy and Phlebotomy. As a new mom, she understands the struggle many busy moms face to put themselves first and ensure they are getting the nutrition they need to stay healthy for their family. She is also an avid foodie and recognizes the importance of taste and variety in one’s diet.
When she isn’t in the office, you can find her trying out new restaurants around Portland or soaking up any sunshine she can get with her son, husband, and pets.
