Dr. Della Parker was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science. She then went on to graduate from the National College of Natural Medicine also in Portland. She currently practices in Clackamas, Oregon.

Tera Rogers
Functional Nutritionist

Functional Nutrition Assistant Tera Rogers provides not only the tools but the guidance to help you make healthier food choices. Whether you need support changing your eating habits for weight loss, or because of a specific diagnosis or food allergy/intolerance, she will be there every step of the way. Together you will create a plan that will put you in the position to succeed. Her service offers resources and guidance with meal planning and grocery lists, as well as accountability to get you through the hard times and keep you moving toward your goals.

Tera has worked in various facets of health and wellness for over 5 years but is driven by her passion for functional nutrition. Tera has a bachelor’s degree from Portland State and is certified in Functional Nutrition Therapy and Phlebotomy. As a new mom, she understands the struggle many busy moms face to put themselves first and ensure they are getting the nutrition they need to stay healthy for their family. She is also an avid foodie and recognizes the importance of taste and variety in one’s diet.

When she isn’t in the office, you can find her trying out new restaurants around Portland or soaking up any sunshine she can get with her son, husband, and pets.
